How much time does this take each week?

Plan for about 3 hours at least, ideally 5. Roughly 90 minutes with me most weeks (one 50-minute coaching session and one 20-minute check-in), plus another 2 to 3 hours of work between sessions. If your schedule can't take that right now, let's be honest about it on the call.

What's the difference between the coaching sessions and the check-ins?

The 50-minute sessions are the work: strategy, your story, resume and LinkedIn, interview prep, mock interviews. The 20-minute check-ins are accountability: what you said you'd do, what got in the way, what's next. Four of each a month.

Question 3

Do you write my resume and LinkedIn, or do I?

Accepted Answer

We build them together. I bring the structure and the edits, you bring your story and make the calls. Same with your Tell-Me-About-Yourself pitch and your behavioral stories. You walk away owning all of it, not holding a doc someone handed you.

Question 4

Are the mock interviews included or an add-on?

Accepted Answer

Included. Networking pitches, recruiter screens, behavioral rounds, product sense and design, even panel presentations. As many as you need, inside your sessions.

Can you actually get me intros at my target companies?

Accepted Answer

When the timing's right, yes. Warm intros through the network, not cold outreach. We build a plan around your target list and work it. I can't promise a specific door opens, but this beats firing applications into the void.

What if it's not working out?

Accepted Answer

The first week is on me. We work together for a week, no charge, no contract. If it clicks, I send the contract and we keep going. If it doesn't, no hard feelings and nothing owed.

What if $500/month is still tight?

Then the straight 8% is probably the better fit: no monthly, nothing upfront, you just pay 8% of your base after you land. It's uncapped, but you don't owe a thing until the income is there.

Why do the $500/month instead of straight 8%?

Accepted Answer

The retainer is what caps your total at $15k. Without it, 8% is 8%, whatever you land. If you're expecting a strong offer the cap saves you real money, and you're paying along the way instead of one lump sum after. You can also spread whatever's left over 6 or 12 months once you've started.

Is it worth the price?

Accepted Answer

The price reflects the value, not the hours. If I help you land even one month sooner, that's $8-15k+ in salary you wouldn't have earned, and most people see a lot more than a one-month bump. I'm also priced below other programs in the market so it stays accessible.
